'Quartier des Musiciens', Nice

Well located, self-catering, two-bedroom apartment - sleeps 4(+2)

Situated in the heart of Nice, on the French Riviera, our apartment is available to rent all year round.

Our aim is to create a 'home from home' - somewhere you can arrive and settle into quickly, allowing you the freedom to enjoy your holiday in comfort. A great base which will allow you, your family and friends to share and experience the Cote d'Azur.

The attractive apartment, which is part of a listed Art Deco building, retains many original features such as wooden floors and ornate ceilings.  Located in the heart of the 'Quartier des Musiciens' of Nice - on the first floor with corner views - the French doors allow you to relax in the lounge and 'watch the world go by'.   For those needing easy access there is a lift; handy too after a day of 'retail therapy'!

Accommodation comprises two bedrooms (one double and one twin), a lounge/diner (with sofa bed), a separate kitchen, a bathroom (bath with shower) and W.C. (see photos below).

"Dear Patricia and Joe

We are just back from a wonderful holiday in Nice and enjoyed it so much we cannot wait to go back.  The apartment was all that you promised and all that we hoped for.  Hope to be in touch again and many, many thanks.  Best wishes"  (Joyce, October 2006)

"Hello Joe and Patricia

We had a WONDERFUL time.  We LOVED it.  Thank you for your home from home!!  ...am already recommending you.....  The flat has a lovely feel to it.  Well done.... and it was a real experience for three 'country' souls to watch the constantly unfolding entertainment below... and it is so very amazingly accessible...  We're now eating fish and veggies to try and make up for a week of French super-indulgence..."   (Sandra and guests, December 2006)
