Central Location
Avenue Georges Clemenceau is in the heart of the "Quartier des Musiciens", west of Jean Medecin. Parking is a lot easier than in other central areas of Nice. If you can't find a free space, there are meters and car parks within a block.
Provencal Character in Nice
The building is art-deco style and the exterior has recently been renovated. The apartment corners the south and south-east façades. Large French windows allow light to flood the bedrooms, kitchen and living/dining area.

The Lounge/Diner Chill out with a book on one of our sofas (one of which converts to a sofa bed). For your entertainment, there is a TV, Video & DVD players, and a stereo. We've also provided videos, CDs, DVDs, books and games to help you while away your holiday and relax. Of course you can bring your own too! The dining area seats four comfortably although it can be extended to accommodate six. Throw open the typical French windows and drink in the atmosphere from outside as you dine. The double aspect diner/lounge has views over the typically French streets. It also means the apartment is lovely and light. |

The Master Bedroom There is a double bed, a fitted wardrobe and dressing table with drawers. A spacious room, with space for a travel cot (also provided if required - just let us know and it'll be ready). The French doors (with small balcony) allow the room to be filled with light. We have also ensured that a hairdryer is on hand to save space in your case! |

The Twin Bedroom Furnished with twin beds, a side table, a chest of drawers, a free-standing wardrobe and under-bed storage baskets. A lovely, light & bright room with a fan (should you need to cool down!). |
