Please ask for nightly charges which are calculated on a pro-rata basis, based on the relevant weekly charge.
All prices include: gas, electricity and water, concierge charges, local charges & taxes and end-of-stay laundry & cleaning.
Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided. So too are beach mats, parasols and body boards.
We do ask that guests leave the apartment clean and tidy when they check out.
The property will be available from 16:00, and should be vacated by 10:00 to allow for changeovers. Early or later times are easily accommodated.
Payment in Euros is preferred unless the £Stg amount is specifically agreed in advance with us.
